From here, he made an abrupt transition to Paris and lead a sales team dealing with luxury packaging solutions across Europe. There, he focused on operational improvements, system automation, and team building. Vera did his MBA at INSEAD in Singapore and joined a a healthtech startup as COO upon graduation where he oversaw product development and client relations. Most recently, Vera rejoined the luxury packaging business to run their London Office while pursuing his passion in coaching. Upbringing & Academics - Vera is from the vibrant mixing-pot city of Montreal and was raised in a Polish & Chilean household. He pursued an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering where he greatly enjoyed the practicality of his studies. This was derailed when Vera was diagnosed with advanced Thyroid cancer at 22 years old only to be declared in remission at 28.
