We envision a world of intent-driven individuals building purposeful communities and responsible organizations

Our Roots

Vera Consulting began in 2017 during heartfelt conversations with close friends, shaped by years of travel, transformative dialogues, professional highs and lows, unconditional love, and courageous healing.

Motivated by a deep desire to dedicate ourselves to what we value most, the idea evolved into what is now Vera Consulting. Over the years, we honed our coaching and consulting expertise, transforming our experiences into clarity and purpose for the impact we aim to create in both humanity and the business world.

As our journey unfolded, we embraced greater awareness and noticed similar questions arising in those around us—friends, colleagues, and family. A shared vision emerged: a world where purposeful individuals thrive within intentional communities and responsible organizations.

Martin Vera

“"I journey with individuals and organisations to transform from the inside out."

Martin brings a rare blend of analytical rigour and deep human insight to his work with leaders and teams. His path began in engineering, where he worked on military flight simulators before transitioning to lead a European sales team in the luxury packaging sector in Paris. There, he focused on operational improvements, systems automation, and team building—skills that continue to inform his work today.

After earning his MBA from INSEAD in Singapore, Martin became COO of a healthtech startup, overseeing product development, international expansion, and client relations. He later returned to the luxury sector to lead the London office—all while deepening his passion for leadership development and organisational transformation through coaching.

Raised in a Polish–Chilean household in the multicultural city of Montréal, Martin’s worldview was shaped early by diverse influences and a deeply personal turning point: a cancer diagnosis at 22. Declared in remission six years later, this experience reshaped his understanding of purpose, resilience, and the human side of leadership.

Martin now works at the intersection of personal transformation and organisational effectiveness. Drawing on more than 600 hours of training and practice, his coaching focuses on:

  • Group Dynamics – using systems psychodynamic methods to surface unconscious patterns and relational dynamics that shape performance

  • Authentic Leadership – helping leaders discover and strengthen their unique, personal leadership presence

  • Professional Alignment – guiding individuals to reconnect with energy, meaning, and direction in their work and career path

Martin is a leadership consultant and executive coach with INSEAD and Columbia Business School.

He is a certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), PCC-accredited by the ICF, and holds certifications in The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), iEQ9 Enneagram, Barrett Values, and Praditus. He is also a leadership consultant with INSEAD and currently completing a Master’s in Consulting and Leading in Organisations: Psychodynamic and Systemic Approaches at the Tavistock & Portman Trust in London.
