About

I help you work with the human patterns beneath performance and change.

I created this practice for leaders and organisations who want to understand what is really shaping behaviour, collaboration, performance, and choice.

My stance

I wouldn't ask you to do anything I'm not ready to do myself.

My path began in engineering, working on military flight simulators, before I moved into the luxury packaging sector in Paris and led a European sales team.

In Paris, I focused on operational improvements, systems automation, and team building. Those early experiences still shape how I think about organisations: performance depends on the visible system of roles, processes, and decisions, and on the less visible system of trust, anxiety, identity, and relationship.

After earning my MBA from INSEAD in Singapore, I became COO of a healthtech startup, overseeing product development, international expansion, and client relations. I later returned to the luxury sector to lead the London office, while continuing to deepen my work in leadership development, coaching, and organisational transformation.

I was raised in a Polish-Chilean household in the multicultural city of Montreal. My worldview was also shaped by a deeply personal turning point: a cancer diagnosis at 22, followed by remission six years later. That experience changed my understanding of purpose, resilience, and the human side of leadership.

Today, I work at the intersection of personal transformation and organisational effectiveness, drawing on more than 1000 hours of training and practice. I work idependently as well as with INSEAD and Columbia Business School Leadership Development Programmes.

How I work

I focus on group dynamics, authentic leadership, and professional alignment.

You need support that can understand the business conversation without reducing everything to mechanics, and understand the human conversation without losing the organisational context.

Group dynamics

I use systemic and psychodynamic thinking to help you surface the unconscious patterns and relational dynamics that shape performance.

Authentic leadership

I help you discover and strengthen your own leadership presence, rather than perform someone else’s idea of authority.

Professional alignment

I guide you to reconnect with energy, meaning, and direction in your work, role, and career path.

Credentials and practice

My work combines business experience, coaching depth, and system insight.

“Martins calm and genuine warm personality helped me open up and created that safe place for the group that allowed us to share, take in and grow during those couple of days.”

“Precise questions”

“Martin creates supporting coaching environment that encourages honest reflection. He is not imposing direction but frames precise questions. I particularly value his ability to listen.
